These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the jll33 Platform shall be submitted first to jll33's internal dispute resolution process by contacting support. If the dispute cannot be resolved internally within 30 days, it shall be referred to the competent courts or regulatory bodies of the Philippines with jurisdiction over online gambling matters.
Players agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted on an individual basis and not as part of any class, collective, or representative action.
